Priority goes to proposals with a clear audience, a realistic delivery plan, and measurable outcomes.

Funds are intended for direct program delivery costs such as workshop supplies, curriculum printing, small equipment, grow inputs, water-testing or monitoring tools, and local facilitation needs. We’ll confirm allowable costs during review so the award stays compliant with the funding source.

Yes — some partners may be asked for a short Letter of Participation/Commitment confirming their role (hosting, recruitment, facilitation, evaluation support, or in-kind contributions). If required for your award track, we provide a ready-to-sign template.

Reporting is intentionally light: attendance totals, a short description of what was delivered, and simple outcomes (e.g., workshops held, learners trained, water conservation practices demonstrated). Receipts may be requested for approved expenses. We provide easy templates.
